Ready-to-wear production

Own ready-to-wear manufacturing facility with monthly capacity of 15,000 pieces. We mainly process the materials from our own production, most frequently a knitwear from 130 gr/m² up to 350 gr/m². 

Cutting shop 

Equipment: ACU MARK digital preparation of patterns, viewing table for checking of cut parts, manual and band saws, pneumatic transfer press, reclining continuous transfer press, edging cutter 

Sewing shop

Equipment: 3-, 4- and 5-thread overlocks with lower and upper feeding, 1-needle sewing machines with lockstitch, 2- and 3-needle sewing machines with covering stitches (lower and upper, 1-, 2- and 3-needle sewing hemming machines, special sewing machines, perforator, button-machine, 2- and 3-needle arm sewing machine for rubber stitching, 4-needle sewing machine for stitching through a rubber, high-speed 4-needle sewing machine with lower and upper fletlock covering 

Accessories for machines: feeders, hemmers, special footings 

Finishing shop

Equipment: steam iron, ironing tables with heating and steam suction
